Throughout our lives we experience challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or untethered. It can be difficult to know where to start and how to move forward. I offer a safe and non-judgmental environment to help you heal from the past, cope with the present, and build the future you want.

On my journey to becoming a professional therapist I’ve worked for over 20 years in the social services field, where I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families struggling with mental health, trauma, addiction, and neurodiversity. Along this journey, I’ve experienced many of life’s joys and sorrows, both personally and professionally.

My mission is to empower individuals to unveil and embrace their authentic selves, allowing them to flourish and thrive. I believe that deep within each person lies a unique and extraordinary essence, often hidden beneath layers of societal expectations and self-doubt. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I create a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their inner desires, express their true thoughts and emotions, and shed the masks they may have worn for far too long. I encourage self-discovery, self-acceptance, and the development of a strong sense of identity. My goal is to guide individuals towards self-revelation and authenticity, to enable you to step confidently into your own power to create a meaningful and fulfilling life.

I work with adults who are feeling weighed down by anxiety and depression to strengthen self-esteem, build confidence, and find direction.

My Humanistic approach integrates techniques from Gestalt therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief therapy (SFBT), Narrative therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy, ensuring sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. My intention in therapy is to work collaboratively with you to help illuminate your own innate wisdom, promote growth, and increase well-being, to help you create the life you want to live and to thrive!
